New and existing customers - Register a new account, access your Business Rates account

We need to know of any changes relating to your Business Rates account for example:

  • Company name and/or address change
  • Add or change contact information
  • Owner details
  • Lease start/end dates
  • Moving into or out of a property

As well as notifying us of a change, you can also submit evidence to us.

  • Contact name, telephone number and email
  • What type is your business
    • Limited Company
    • Partnership
    • Sole Trader
  • Are you?
    • Moving into the premises? - New customer
    • Moving out of the premises? - Out of the Colchester Borough
    • Moving premises? - Within the Colchester Borough
